B. Molybdenum Furnace Grids and Fixtures:
For applications in vacuum furnaces
and inert atmosphere above 2000ºF, Nickel alloy
manufacturers do not recommend their alloys.
In this case the material of choice is molybdenum
or a molybdenum alloy. Tungsten is another
choice, but it is much more expensive.
We supply both single and multiple-tier grid
assemblies for furnace applications. Our prices
are very cost competitive. Multiple-tier
grids can dramatically increase your furnace throughput
if you are now only using a single-tier grid.
We'll manufacture to your design or ours.
