Box Furnace 84"W x 72"L x 60"H, Gas-Fired

Manufactured by Park Thermal, these gas fired car bottom furnaces have working dimensions of 10′ Wide X 8′ High X 22′ Long. Normal operation from 300F-1650F although they are capable of 2100F. Yokogawa UP500 Control. Built in 1994, reconditioned in 2010. Complete and in operation.

Car Bottom Furnaces (2 available) 10′ X 8′ X 22’/2100F

Manufactured by Park Thermal, this is a gas fired car bottom furnace with working dimensions of 15′ Wide X 15′ High X 40′ Long. Operating temperature range from 700F-1350F although it is capable of 1700F.  Honeywell UDC 2500 Control. Reconditioned in 2015. Complete, installed and in operation.

CAN-ENG Furnaces International

2200F Box Furnace

This unit is a tube fired car bottom unit with an operating range from 500F to 1450F. The maximum loading is 35,000 pounds. The car and door are manually operated by the furnace operator. The furnace is equipped with a programmable controller and is capable of both heating and cooling. The furnace is lined with ceramic fiber for quick heat up and cool down capabilities.
 
The car is insulated with IFB shapes with hard brick pier areas for the load to be placed on. The furnace to the car seal is accomplished by raising or lowering the actual furnace with a hydraulic system.
 
Complete and in good operating condition but will require one fan assembly.
