36" W × 24" H Continental Equipment 3-Stage Conveyor Belt Washer. Heavy-duty stainless steel belt washer with natural gas heated wash stage, natural gas heated rinse stage, and ambient blow-off section.

Key Components & Features:
Three-stage stainless steel conveyor washer with 1" × 1" flat wire belt.
Process sequence: 36" load end, 48" entrance vestibule, 96" wash vestibule, 60" drain, 36" rinse, 48" drain, 48" blow-off, 36" unload end.
60 HP wash pump rated at 475 GPM.
10 HP rinse pump rated at 200 GPM.
400-micron filtration systems on both wash and rinse stages.
Two (2) Eclipse 6" IMMERO-JET package burner systems with spark ignition.
Honeywell flame safety with UV scanners.
Oil separator with skimmer included.
Spray nozzles located on top, sides, and bottom.
Conveyor belt removed for cleaning and shipped separately on skid for installation.
