Wisconsin Oven Walk-In Oven SWH-81210-G, 96" W × 120" H × 144" L. Gas-fired walk-in oven designed for uniform heating applications up to 500°F. Drawings are included. Oven was removed from service fully operational. Per the original equipment manufacturer, this oven has a 20-point TUS ±10°F at 250°F and 500°F, conducted per AMS 2750E Class 2 Furnaces and Type D Instrumentation.

3500 CFM, 2 HP modulated powered exhauster mounted on top.
Two fresh air inlets: one 8" inlet on the doghouse and one 18" modulating inlet on the right-hand side of the oven.
