Manufactured by Ajax Tocco Magnethermic in August 2005 this is a Flat-Rolled Steel Strip Heating Machine which includes induction power supply (AJAX TOCCO) and heat station.

• Input Voltage: 480V three-phase (standard) – Current Rating: 2,500A
• Power Rating: 1.2 MW (1,200 kW) at 480V
• Upgrade Option: 660V three-phase input (rated 2.2 MW / 2,200 kW)
• Frequency: 2.5 kHz
• Cooling Requirement: 65 GPM (gallons per minute)
• Operational Notes: – Configured for 480V operation. Upgrade to 660V requires input breaker replacement by buyer.
• Capacitance settings optimized for strip heating ≤1,100°F.
• Includes water-cooled cables (power supply to heat station) at no extra cost.
• Operational prior to decommissioning, Stored in climate-controlled warehouse since 2017.
