Ransohoff Leanveyor Conveyor Belt Washer. Stainless steel conveyor washer designed for continuous parts cleaning with multiple wash and rinse stages. Electrically heated system built in 2019.

Key Components & Features:
7" wide balanced weave conveyor belt with 1/4" × 1/4" flights welded approximately every 6".
2-1/8" tunnel height.
Variable speed conveyor (1–5 FPM).
Four (4) sliding access doors.
Electric immersion heaters.
Pre-blow-off regenerative fan to remove chips before wash stage.
Air knives front and back, top and bottom.
Wheeled chip basket cart included.
Gusher stainless steel wash pump (7.5 HP) with wash pump screen, tank access lid, and bag filter.
Gusher stainless steel rinse pump (2 HP, 70 GPM) with pump screen, tank access lid, and bag filter.
Wash and rinse spray from top, bottom, and sides via stainless piping.
Stainless Filtermist FX-900 mist collector (900 CFM, 3 HP motor).
Marine door access.
Machine lifting lugs (4).
Manual unload photo-eyes for high limit.
Emergency stop on each end.
