Roller Hearth Heat Treatment Line with Salt Quenching built by Aichelin. Heat treatment line designed for processing large bearing races. The system consists of two identical furnace lines installed side by side and is currently installed and in production.

Key Components & Features:
Two identical electrically heated furnace lines installed side by side.
Prewash.
Preheat furnace capable of 750°F.
High heat furnace capable of 1650°F.
Nitrogen / methanol atmosphere with natural gas addition.
Five (5) zones of control.
Salt quench with salt tempering system.
Two-tank wash system.
Entire system is completely automated.
