Temper Oven, 24" W × 24" H × 48" D. Wisconsin Oven electric temper oven designed for uniform heat treating applications up to 1250°F. Built for aerospace-quality processing with documented temperature uniformity. Manuals and drawings included.

Pneumatically operated vertical lift door with hand operator control valve.
Stainless steel interior with punched louvered side walls and roof air duct walls.
Tubular heating elements mounted through the top behind side wall air duct panels.
Belt-driven circulating fan (4600 CFM @ 7.5 HP) mounted above the work area.
Combined horizontal and vertical airflow pattern for excellent temperature uniformity.
9-point temperature uniformity survey ±10°F at 200°F, 650°F, and 1250°F per AMS 2750E, Class 2, Instrumentation Type D.
Rear-mounted 6" diameter manual fresh air and modulating fresh air/exhaust ports.
Door limit switch cuts power to heating elements when door is open.
Door frame removed for shipping.
