1,000 lb/hr Holcroft Mesh Belt Hardening Furnace

Built by Holcroft this a mesh belt, gas fired hardening line which includes a high heat furnace, oil quench, parts washer, mesh belt temper and loading system;

• Built in 1980, the furnace was retrofitted in 2016 with new Eclipse Thermo-chief recuperated burners and all new wiring
• Operating temperature of 1650F. Furnace was used for neutral hardening
• Atmosphere; Nitrogen, Methanol and Natural Gas
• Honeywell controls
• Rated for 1,000 pounds per hour, 48” wide belt
• Plate and frame quench oil cooler
• Will need a belt for the hardening furnace and washer. Needs 3 Honeywell controllers which were removed
