Molybdenum Furnace Grids and Fixtures
Molybdenum Furnace Grids and Fixtures
High-temperature molybdenum furnace grids and fixtures designed for vacuum furnaces and inert atmosphere applications above 2000°F. Ideal for increasing furnace throughput, improving fixture life, and supporting demanding thermal processes, including additive manufacturing. Available to your design or ours.
Pure Molybdenum: A proven material choice for high-temperature furnace applications where nickel alloys are not recommended.
TZM Alloy: A titanium-zirconium-molybdenum alloy offering greater strength, toughness, and creep resistance at elevated temperatures.
Tungsten: An additional high-temperature material option for more demanding applications, available upon request.
Custom Designs: Multiple-tier grids can dramatically increase furnace throughput by allowing more layers of parts per load. We can supply grids and fixtures based on your design or assist with a design tailored to your application.
Lead Time: We carry material in stock to assemble select TZM grids in common sizes within just a few days, subject to stock availability. For larger or more complex grids requiring ordered material, lead times typically range from 10–16 weeks ARO.
