Description:
Retort electric pit furnace VRNe-60.100-650-5-ZF designed for heat and thermo-chemical treatment of steel structural elements. Intended for nitriding in Zero Flow technology, nitriding with controlled N2 flow, tempering, and oxidation. Heat treatment processes take place in a sealed retort with forced protective atmosphere circulation by means of an atmosphere mixer and steering system. Includes a free-standing gas cabinet and control board with automation, switchgear, and protection units. Ready for relocation. Technical assessment, relocation, and installation within the E.U. are available.
