3000 CFH Endothermic Generator

This T-4 shell is in very good shape. The current owner was planning to rebuild it, so they cleaned it and painted it. It is rust-free. It has the three doors, quench rack, some components, and a few motors.

Aqueous Parts Washer, Gas-Fired, 30"W x 48"L x 20"T

Manufactured by Surface Combustion this is a gas fired 2 retort, 2400 CFH endothermic generator. SBS air cooling, Atmosphere Engineering Endoinjector capable of a 6:1 turndown ration and updated SSi controls. Not currently in operation this unit is complete and in good condition.

2400 CFH Endo Generator with Endoinjector

3 identical Allcases.  Approx. 1985 commisioned. Have 4 rear mounted U tubes, Eclipse burners, set up for Endo, Waukee manual meters, electric heated oil,  no top cool, 2 water cooled fans.  Stand alone panels for SSI 9205 controllers and 15” touchscreen, no PLC,-relay logic.  SSI redundant probe system.   Line has been shutdown for 5 years.  Brick was redone in 2017.  Have spare tubes, fans, rails/guides rollers.  Electrical and department layout prints available.  Full evaluation report of furnaces’ repair needs is available.
